The challenge – Drive brand awareness and generate equiries

URALSIB was introduced to Nokia Interactive Advertising by MobileDirect, a local Nokia business partner in Russia. URALSIB had already become known as an organisation that was prepared to invest in innovation and technology.

For this reason, advertising on the Nokia Media Network appeared to be a good way to strengthen the company’s innovative brand image.

The solution – A mobile advertising campaign

The aim of the bank’s campaign was to explore new ways of marketing its credit products and services to target customers. Delivering the message, “Courage can move mountains,” the campaign was designed to stimulate small and medium business owners to turn to URALSIB for credit for their business development needs.

The results – CTR of nearly 25%

URALSIB’s initial campaign ran on Nokia.mobi throughout Russia. One million impressions were generated over 10 days during September 2007.

The campaign delivered a remarkable response rate of nearly 25% for URALSIB. The bank is so pleased with the performance that it is already planning another campaign for the future.
